Digital Products & Refund Policy

WATHACI Digital sells digital products and digital access delivered electronically. We aim to make delivery clear, reliable and prompt after successful payment.

Digital delivery

For digital products, access or download instructions are provided electronically after successful payment through the delivery system used by WATHACI Digital. You do not need to wait for physical shipping.

If you complete payment but do not receive the expected download or access instructions, please contact us promptly with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access or provide the purchased product.

Refunds and customer support

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded electronically, we generally do not accept returns of a product after successful delivery solely because the customer changed their mind. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a digital product was not delivered, the download or access link does not work, the product is materially defective or inaccessible, or you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement access, correction, or a refund where appropriate.

We do not use this policy to exclude responsibility for goods or services where applicable consumer law provides a remedy.

Taxes

Product prices are displayed before applicable VAT where VAT is required to be added at checkout. The checkout shows the applicable tax and final amount before payment.

We may update this policy when our products, delivery systems, business practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
